Storyline : Content imported becomes a little blury when published in SCORM 1.2

May 19, 2020

Hello e-Learning and Articulate masters.

I am having an issue with Storyline  which the published quality seems to drop a when i export it in SCORM 1.2.

I imported image graphic which consist of text and videos to the scene. It looks fine in the Storyline software. But when i export it and view, i notice small difference in the original visual with the published visual. It looks as if a smooth effect is applied to the artwork.

I have set the story size to be the same with my graphic artwork size and viewed both in 100%.

Hope someone can assist me here on how can i publish it the same quality as my original file.

Thank you:)

Regards
Syahmi

Hi Syahmi,

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry to hear you're running into some image quality issues!

It sounds like you've inserted the graphic without resizing it, which is a good first step. Have you checked your Publish Quality settings as well? You can read through all the tips below to see if they help:

If you are still unable to get it right after going through this article, feel free to share your graphic and .story file with a support engineer, and they can help troubleshoot the content.
