I built a 'try me' software simulation using storyline 360 which worked well both in preview, and as an interactive block in a rise 360 course preview. As a test, i tried exporting both the storyline software simulation on its own, and the rise 360 course with the simulation block as seperate SCORM files.
I then uploaded both to my LMS (litmos). All of the rise 360 features work perfectly fine, however the storyline slides are slow to load with a buffer in between each, and the content gets stuck and won't go any further at 3 steps in (never loads next step/goes blank). This is exactly the same for the stand-alone storyline simulation export - slow to load and gets stuck at the same point.
Embedded Storyline 360 blocks are added as iframes in a Rise 360 course so if you're seeing loading issues appear when you upload your Rise 360 course to Litmos LMS, there's a possibility that something is preventing embedded content from loading properly in their environment. One test that you can do is to test your course in a different LMS such as SCORM Cloud to see if the issue is LMS specific.
If you are able to replicate the behavior in SCORM Cloud, kindly share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
