I have a user that is unable to load a course in IE 11, the laptop is very new so cannot see flash being an issue. Can you help me suggest / try anything else. Pop up exception has been added to her laptop.
Are you able to load the course in these browsers? There may be something in the security settings in the browsers, such as too high of a restriction. You may also want to suggest setting your site as a trusted site in the Security settings.
Hi Emily. Thank you for getting back to me. I have been able to resolve this now. It turns out when the course tries to load it opens a new window which sits behind the grey screen the user gets. If they double click at the top of the screen the new page comes to the top. Hence the user sees the course.
