Published my story (just two slides with one button each) in HTML5. Uploaded to my server. Tried to load the HTML5 version in following but it doesnt load in any:
- chrome browser (latest version) on Android Nexus 10 tablet
- chrome browser (latest version) on Android Nexus 4 phone
- chrome browser (latest) on windows laptop
Everywhere I get a blank page with only NEXT and PREV text at top left corner of the page. These two words do not have hyperlinks.
By the way, the local HTML5 version works on my laptop.
Any idea, on what the issue could be?

Hi Ron! Are you viewing the content as your learner would? Are you utilizing the story.html file as explained in this article?
Did you FTP to your server? You must use Binary so as not to break the xml files
Good thinking Phil!
Here is some information on that as well Ron.
Thanks for the responses Phil and Leslie.
I have made the FTP mistake in the past so I know about it. This time however that wasnt an issue. I ftp'ed in binary mode.
Also, I went through the link you sent. I access the story.html file on mobile devices not story_html5 directly.
I am at a loss because locally both flash and html5 works.
On server, on desktop browser the flash version works but the html5 version does not.
On mobile browser the html5 version does not.

Hi Ron! I see the behavior in the file that you shared above. Would you be able to share the .story file so that we can take a look?

Perhaps something happened during your zip, be sure to zip your files from the Publish Successful dialog box and try again.
The link from Leslie works fine in HTML5 on chrome and Safari, Ron link your doesn't, but your content played locally does work with the HTML5 version. Looks like somewhere your content is either not making it to your server (easy to check) or is corrupted when being uploaded.
thanks again for your help. zipping the file did the trick for me. earlier, i was uploading unzipped files. it works now. thanks for your help.
Glad to hear it Ron! Thanks for the update :)
