We currently have several Storyline courses loaded to our LMS that don't have quizzes. When a user completes the course, they get a completion status, but the "score" column is blank. We would like this to show "100%." Any ideas how we can get this fixed.
When publishing the course, do you happen to recall which tracking method was selected? Since there isn't a quiz for these courses, these reporting options should help report the statuses you expect to see: Completed/Incomplete or Completed/Failed.

Thanks for looking into this! The original file was set at "Passed/Failed." Per your suggestion, I copied the file and set this one as "Completed/Incomplete." I tested both files in our LMS sandbox and both marked as "Complete" but still a blank when recording the score. I also tested both files in SCORM Cloud and both recorded properly (Completion = Complete; Success = Passed; Score = 100%).I will share the files privately and if you could look into them more that would be great. Thank you!

I was able to take a look at the case Jennifer worked on with our team and we were unable to replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, so they are looking to their LMS for additional assistance.
I see where you also started a conversation here and Sam has popped in to help you with reporting that score to your LMS.
