LMS Scoring issue

Hi I have 2 identical courses which track completion on number of slides (not result)
They have both been published in SCORM 2004 4th Edition. Report status to LMS as Passed/Incomplete.
They both complete fine in the LMS and show the text 'completed'
however one of the courses, shows a o% score and the other provides no score (we want no score %)
Our LMS manager says all his settings are the same when uploading the course - anyone else experienced this, or knows why this is happening.

Hi Helen,
Are you using the "exit course" trigger? If so, that is a known issue documented here and our team is continuing to investigate it.
Hi thanks for the response, I am using the exit course trigger in both courses and only 1 sends the 0%.
Ill wait for the fix.
i'm also using storyline 1?
Hi Helen,
The same documented issue is not within Storyline 1 as far as I can see. Are you publish both of these courses with the latest update of Storyline 1, Update 10?
You could also look at the troubleshooting steps here for LMS issues and see if the one course behaves the same if you upload and test at SCORM Cloud, an industry standard for testing LMS content.
