I installed the latest update and now for some reason Storyline stops working and I have to use the task master to end the program. It doesn't matter if I'm adding a picture, text or trigger. It just stops working and the software doesn't respond.
I'm running version: V3.37.21453.
This is really getting upsetting as I have a big project to work on and already in the last hour it has crashed twice.
I'm having an issue with crashing as well. It happens when I insert an .emf file into my project. I need to use this format because it's a screen capture and .png or .jpg resolution is not ideal. Every time I try to insert the picture, I have to use Task Manager to close out of Storyline and recover my project.
I am sorry that Storyline is crashing when you try to insert a .emf file. Let's see if we can narrow down what the issue might be! Have you been able to try some of the troubleshooting steps Leslie provided above?
If not, that is a good place to start to determine what is causing this snag. If you have tried those steps and you are still experiencing this roadblock, please let us know!

I'm not seeing other reports of this, so let's see if we can narrow this down.
Well, now that you mention it. It is only in this file.
So create a new file and import all my slides?
