I'm using Storyline trial version with a view to purchasing a license should it meet our needs, one of them in particular being that it publishes to HTML 5 and can be accessed by mobile devices. However, each time I try to publish to include HTML 5 output and using Articulate Mobile player on ipad the publish freezes on the last slide.
I've tried restarting laptop, closing down all other applications, waiting a period etc but get the same result each time. It publishes fine when I don't select these two options.
Sorry to hear about the trouble you're running into. Have you had a chance to recreate the slide that seems to be freezing the publishing process? Other than that, I'd suggest submitting a case to our support team. And when you do that, you'll have a chance to record a screencast of the issue, which might be helpful for troubleshooting purposes. Thanks, and welcome again!
