Storyline Crashing when Publishing Locally

Storyline keeps crashing when I try to publish it locally to my computer. It seems to get hung up when "cleaning up temporary files".

I need to publish locally because when I publish to Review 360, nothing appears there.

When you view a Storyline 360 course on your local hard drive, you'll encounter security restrictions from the computer, web browser, and network that can cause various features of the course to fail. To test your published content and share it with others, it's best to upload it to a web server or LMS. See this article for details:

In order to better assist you I have a few additional questions:

  • Could you please add a screenshot of the error message you are receiving? 
  • Does the same issue happen when importing your project into a new project?
