Please see the attached image of an error message I am continually receiving for a project I am working on. I am saving the project on an external hard drive as I have recently had a project corrupt. Is anyone else receiving messages like this? I need to make a copy every time I work on it. Any advice as to what to do will be welcomed!
that is an error message if you are working on a network drive - Articulate recommend you have the .story file on your desktop working locally with all assets to avoid such issues and then it can be saved to an external or network drive.
Hi Wendy. Thanks for your message. This project is currently not saved on a network drive, it's being saved on a hard drive - does saving to a hard drive cause the same issues? Is my desktop the only place I can save to? I was told to avoid saving to network drives but that a hard drive should be ok. Many thanks.

Anywhere on your local drive should be fine for working and then you can save it at interval/end of day to another drive.
