I am trying to add an FAQ to a Storyline file and everything that I can find says there is a template available under Top Interactions, but when I click on the drop-down, I only have Modern Interactions as an option. I'm relatively new to Articulate so this might be a silly question, but how can I get the Top Interactions as an option so I can get the additional interactions?
It's been a while since I installed Storyline, but as I remember, they should be there by default? You may want to try the repair of Storyline to start with a fresh install - and you could also click on the "download free templates" to see online versions of our templates.
I just realized it's Storyline 2, does that make a difference? I uninstalled and reinstalled and it's still only showing me the modern templates option. It is the paid version (not the free) so I'm not sure if there is something I need to do. I took a look at the free templates, but didn't see a template for the FAQs anywhere. I appreciate your help!
They aren't available by default in Storyline 3, but you can use the same steps to download that file, upgrade it to Storyline 3 and use it to create courses!
You may also want to take a look at the Templates section of ELH, for example this Megapack of Templates were created for Storyline 2 but could all be used in Storyline 3.

Nope - same templates should be accessible. I've attached a copy of the FAQ template here, and you'll want to follow these directions to use it.
