File working fine and saved as normal, come to work on it the following day and it's saying the file is corrupt - I did have a crash on my computer so this is most likely the cause but it's odd I can't open on restart.
Try sending your file to support@articulate.com on the off chance they might be able to recover some if not all of the work. Sorry for your troubles. Been there, I have.
I just had this same issue. I have opened a ticket as suggested above. How long, typically, before a response, and does anyone know the success rate for recovery?
