File opens but displays nothing. It says 'Clean' in the lower left hand corner and I can see nothing. The file is 43.928 Kb. I tried to open a new project and import from the file and rename and it doesn't work. I can open other files so I think the problem is in the file. Could you help me?
First of all welcome the eLearning Heroes community.
Based on the information you provide us with it is difficult to see what you're trying to do. nevertheless, if it is trying to open the a storyline file by double clicking and it doesn't open Storyline, then most probably your MIME is not correctly said. In other words, the default application that opens a .story file is not storyline but another one. Here's a link that shows you how you can modify it.
If you're trying to open a published presentation, then try being a bit more descriptive so we can look at it from another perspective.
And as a last resort, you can always upload your. storyline file so other members of the community can have a look at it.
I have the same problem when working I sent an error message which forced me to close the project by saving changes to reopen shows no scene but if the file weighs as if every scene
If you are having difficulty with a single project file, I would advise importing into a new file to see if this alleviates the issue.
Please be sure that you are working locally on both your software and project files and if you are having difficulty with your software in general, I would advise conducting a repair.

Hi Erick! This thread is a bit dated.
