Recently I've used 7Zip to compress my output files to send to our LMS vendor. The files seem to be corrupted during the process. When I open the zipped file and try to play the course I get an error message "ERROR: Could not load the file 'story_content/data.swf." Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Use the built-in Zip feature on the Publish Successful dialog after you've published your Articulate content. It'll automatically create a well-formed zip file.
If you manually zip the output files, make sure to only zip the contents of the output folder, not the folder itself.
