Hello I was preparing an interactive page containing a 1-page video via Storyline 360. However, I first encountered the problem of not starting automatically due to Chrome or other browsers. For this, I added an additional page and redirected to the real page when the timeline started. But even though everyone in the forum did it right, my video did not start automatically this time. Why might this be caused?

Audio and video content on other slides in your course should play as expected. However, if your slides are set to advance automatically without any interaction, media might not work since learners haven't given their browsers permission to play it.

Thanks so much for reaching out. I found a related discussion where they are encountering a similar issue. What you are experiencing is related to the browser permissions when using Chrome.
