I am using the most recently updated version of Storyline. I go through my course, and when I get to this one review question, select option B, hit submit, it is incorrect, and then try to select option A. The is where I am stuck. The answer bubble for B stays filled, and I am unable to select a different answer, or hit submit. This is happening to multiple test users, on multiple browsers. Any ideas?
on the slide properties settings change 'When revisiting' to 'Reset to initial state' but probably you need to add a variable and a trigger to clean the user's previous answer. I could help more accurate having a source file. Could you please attach it?
