Storyline .ini file? LMS help!

Hello,

My client is working with a SCORM 1.2 LMS. I have published the Storyline CBT as such, but they are now requesting a "file that tells the system how the course works."

They provided the attached example, which appears to be a .ini file. I have also pasted the commands (?) below:

title=TRACE 

description=Testing

vendor=IS

prerequisites=None.

target audience=Hess Employees

course duration=30

language=enUS

content version=1.0

enable download=yes

company code=hess

course code=corp_isit_trace

window resizable=yes

Is this something Articulate exports? Or does the software use something else to communicate to the LMS?
