I have a project that has a large number of video files that will eventually be deployed to our LMS, (Moodle). I am concerned about how long it will take the activity to load into a new screen. I think I remember seeing somewhere that it is better to put the files on the Moodle server and link to them from the Storyline project than to embed a large number of files into the Storyline project because it will take much longer to load that way (due to file size). Is that true? If so, does anyone know the best way to link to the files in Moodle's file picker from something that is built outside of Moodle (the Storyline project).
I can't speak to how to set this up in Moodle, but there are a number of community members who often chime in on Moodle threads. I did want to point out how Storyline preloads content to prevent any playback issues, and the progressive streaming of videos.
