Storyline not loading

I have just had an issue that I thought I'd post in case others have the same problem.

Storyline would not open for me, in spite of having used in successfully and reguilarly almost daily for several months.  The opening image would appear but lock up without the program loading.  The support team were terrific but it wasn't until I noticed that a firewall, which had mysteriously decided to load itself on my machine (probably from downloading some other "free" software unrelated to Articulate) that i got any joy.  As soon as I deleted the firewall Storyline was back to its old happy self.
