SCORM Testing for LMS Software?

Hi all,

My company's LMS has an external vendor loading content with a 2 day turnaround. This is a problem when we run into functionality issues and need to tinker / reload / retest.

We are looking for software we can use that replicates an LMS so that we can test our CBT's functionality and SCORM before we send to the vendor for loading. Our content contains proprietary information, so our security department wants a solution we can host internally.

Other than SCORMcloud which they are not comfortable with, is there software out there that a company can purchase and load on our systems that would allow us to load and test our CBTs in an "LMS" environment, but keep the content securely behind our firewall?

Any advice would be appreciated.
