If you're still subscribed to this discussion, I wanted to share that the feature mentioned has been released! In Storyline 360 (Build 3.85.31840.0), you can now instantly update the formatting of all slide notes in your project.
From here, all you need to do is update Storyline 360 in your Articulate 360 desktop app!

No update at this time, but thanks for bringing this back to our attention.
I wanted to share some information about how we manage these feature requests as that may be helpful and I've made a note of increased impact.
You can change the notes font via the player settings. When you select Player > Colors & Effects you can change the captions font. As soon as I did that my notes font changed to the chosen font on any new slide. I hope that helps.
