I've created a HIPAA training course in SL that includes quizzes. Users need to complete it with at least an 80%. Anything less than 80%, and they have to retake the course.
Is there a way to have the results emailed to someone? I've used Quizmaker and its easy to email or print results. I can't find how to do this with SL.
Can anyone help? Or does someone have a better idea?
We need to keep a record of who has passed. I will be loading into an LMS (via SCORM), but the SME wants a record in an email with the completion score.
I have a printing from Storyline question as well. Most of my courses are about personal reflection and do not included scored questions, so I don't have a results slide to trigger to print. However, I want my users to print their fill-in-the-blank, short answer, likert, sequence drag-in-drop, and essay questions. It is important for their personal growth to keep a file of these questions and their answers. So, how do I add a print slide trigger, button or whatever you want to name it after they are through answering the question(s). I have found, so far, that this is impossible. And, yes, it has been very difficult creating questions that don't have a right answer and getting Storyline or Studio Quizmaker not to care. I haven't published my newest course in Studio or Storyline because of this. I just recently switched to Articulates products, and I am not very familiar with the interface. Previously, I was using a very complicated authoring system--which is why I switched, but I am having trouble getting the flexibility for my soft skill type of courses. Any help would be appreciated. Hi Peter, I have been researching your solution. At first I didn't think it would work, but I have gone back through and really read the attached article (in your post), and an additional article by Dave Moxon and I think I can make this work. I can say that Dave's article has, at least, 54 comments leading me to believe being able to print all the questions and student replies is a really big deal. I hope a new version of Storyline and Articulate Studio 13 have a more print capabilities and flexibility.

While there's no built-in email results feature in Storyline, some users have been working around it using triggers. Here's an example.
