We have created several courses in storyline and published them in our LMS, Skillport in 2 different learning plans. All of the courses were designed the same way with same completion criteria for quiz questions (80% passing). Some of the courses will show status as "complete" (full green circle) but some courses will continue to show status as "in progress" (1/2 green circle) even after completed.
I saw some old threads relating to this but nothing current or with clear solutions. Anyone else struggling with this or seen this and found a resolution?
What reporting status are you using when publishing? Are the users that are getting 'in progress' completing with 80%+ score?
When publishing Storyline and Studio content as SCORM or AICC output, you get to choose one of these four reporting options:
Passed/Incomplete
Passed/Failed
Completed/Incomplete
Completed/Failed
Many LMSs track a completion status and a success status. To report both statuses, choose either Passed/Incomplete or Passed/Failed when you publish. Completed/Incomplete and Completed/Failed report only the completion status.
Is this something you are able to replicate in SCORM Cloud?
