Storyline published for offline iPad consumption

Hello All,
I'm a newbie to Articulate and find Storyline an engaging product. I'm wondering what's really involved to publish a Storyline course to be downloaded to run on an iPad. If you have any experience, I'd like to hear from you on how complex or difficult it was. I do have a couple of specific questions, too.
1: Do I need another Articulate product?
2: Does it require publishing or registering the course on iTunes?
3: With the course being run offline, how are quizzes and surveys feed back to the course developers? (or maybe their not)
Thanks for any thoughts, experience and ideas you may have.
Cheers,
Jeff
