The "Available offline switch" does not appear when I try to run my Storyline course on an iPad. It runs very slow when I view it on-line, and when there is a video it stops. I have selected "Make available for offline viewing" when I published the course. I have published to Articulate online (free trial). What do I do wrong?
Storyline gives you the option to allow learners to download content to their iPads for offline viewing in the Articulate Mobile Player app. However, Articulate Online requires an Internet connection to view and track content. As a result, we've currently disabled the ability to view courses offline when they're hosted in Articulate Online.
