Storyline quizzing... results variable issues

I'm hoping someone can give me a few ideas of what I might be doing wrong...
I have created an assessment in Storyline that one the final results page, I display multiple results...
I have the main results (all the questions asked displaying the %results Score Percent%. But I also have the questions segmented. So of 20 question, 10 might be on 1 topic, 5, on another, and 5 more on another. So each question has a point value of "1", and I have the segments listed ont he same page... So at the bottom of my results page I have the segments displaying %results1 ScorePoints% out of X (number of questions in the segment). I created a results page for each of the question groups that is hidden, so I had variables for each.
All seems to work well, except, the results page seems to drop questions out of the group arbitrarily. Especially the main results variable, which has all the questions, will occasionally dump some of the questions if I am in there and make other modifications. Does a question fall out of the results variable if it is modified?

Thanks for reaching out here and describing your set up. I think we'd want to take a look at the .story file in question to get a better understanding of how you've set this up and are tracking the variables. You will need to visit all the results slides to have them calculate the results so that may be a part of the issue you're running into. It's also worth checking that you're working on project files as described here.
