I've just published my very first Storyline course (yay!) and the interactive simulation does not work. (boo.) Our LMS is an Saba system. Not sure if there's something i need to "turn on " or "activate" from the Storyline side - the interactive simulation works great in preview mode.
I'm sorry to hear about the odd behavior you're experiencing. Can you tell us more about what is not working? You'll want to confirm that you're viewing the course in one of the recommended browsers here.
Thanks for your response. Our LMS admin was able to get it working - not sure how he did it but I'm thankful it works.
I do have another question. Is this a way to not have the slides timeout when users are viewing the course? I didn't know if I had to set a time limit for each slide - I know some folks will get interrupted while taking the course and when they return, the slides have expired. Still new to SL and appreciate your help.
Ashley is out of the office for a bit this week. I just wanted to stop in and see if I could be of some assistance.

That's great to hear! Thank you very much for sharing the update. If you're able to find out what solved the problem from that end, that may help others that run into the issue in the future.

Not sure what's causing slides to "expire" in your course. Where and what type of notice are you seeing? Is it a pop-up?
It could possibly be a session time out in the LMS if you're seeing a pop-up.
Now, if you're referring to the slides advancing on their own, that would be something set up in the course itself.
Can you provide a little more information, or possibly screenshots, to let us know what's happening?
