Is there a way for a course to scale down to fit a user's browser if it is too small, but not scale up bigger than the original canvas size (story size)?
So, sounds like you may be aware of our options here. Where you can allow the content to display at the learner's browser size and scale player if needed as well.
There is not a way to prevent it if it wants to scale up though, which is what I think you are asking.
