Hey Kirstyn,

Thank you for reaching out and for sharing what you are experiencing. Just a couple of questions for you to consider:

  • When publishing your course to Review 360, are seeing any error messages appear before Storyline shuts down? 
  • Could I have you publish another project to Review 360 to see if that works? If you cannot re-create the issue with a new course, I would advise to import the file into a new one and proceed.
  • If it's happening in any/all files, a simple repair of your software should do the trick here.
