Storyline Simulation Help

I am making a medical simulation using Storyline.  I have it almost finished but I have one last thing that I need some help with.  I am not sure if it is possible, so let me know what you think.

Throughout the simulation the Learner has to choose tests, procedures, etc.  I was wondering if it is possible to assign points to the choices and at the end of the simulation, have a slide that show how they scored?  Not sure if I just want to have them get points for correct answers or set it up so that they get points for correct answers and points deducted for incorrect answers.

Either way I appreciate any input.

That's definitely possible by using a variable to track the score, and using triggers with conditions to adjust that variable based on whether the learner picked the right option.
