Storyline Triggers and states in lightbox

Dear community,
I created a similar project like Jaenet created here http://www.stephanieharnett.ca/screenr/gallery/story.html
but I would like to add a second layer.
I am not able to make it work unless I use a button to show the second layer. I prefer to have the new layer shown when the user hovers over the first layer when seen in lightbox. I have added 3 screenshots to further explain. Can somebody maybe explain what I am doing wrong or is this not possible in Storyline?

Hi Jim,
What should be hovered over? do you have a screenshot of your trigger?
I also guess that when your layer shows up, its properties may be set to not "hide other slide layers" or "Hide objects on base layer" since the mouse has to be over a specific object from another layer.

Thank you Annie. I tried all sorts of solutions and puzzled for more than 3 hours on it but I have found the solution. I added an additional layer with a trigger and now it is solved. Case closed and thank you for your swift reply.
