Storyline Update 3

I have just been trying to update my version of Storyline without success...
I don't get the 'New Update' message so I went to the help menu to look at the version i currently have installed, according to Storyline i have "Update 1 : 1208.1316" installed on my machine.
I then tried to use the 'Check for Updates' feature, only i got the message "There are no updates available at this time."
Obviously I know that there are updates. I am guessing that our local Firewall is causing problems with Storyline checking for updates.
My question is how do I install Update 3, and do I need to install Update 2 first?

I'm sorted now...
I found a link to download the Update as an .exe file (www.articulate.com/products/storyline-update.php) I was then able to install the file and activate it
