Ever since I performed the update for Storyline I am asked to activate my program. I enter the serial number and the activate button is not highlighted so I can't click on it. Please advise as it says I only have 17 days left on my trial.
The program updated as Storyline 2. I don't have a serial number for 2, I use storyline 1. I found, by using Google, that Storyline 1 needed to be updated fix the bug with Flash Player. This was after I developed my program in Storyline 2. Now I have to recreate it in Storyline 1 because Storyline 2 is just a trial. Is there any easy way to do this?

When you update the program, you will have to re enter the serial number, however it should automatically fill in for you.
You may want to reach out to our support team for more assistance if this is not working correctly.

You can get the update for Storyline 1 here. You can then uninstall Storyline 2. Any files you created in Storyline 2 cannot be opened in Storyline 1 as it is not backwards compatible.
