When we take screen videos using Storyline’s screen cast utility, the published version is blurry. They don’t look as bad when in the Storyline tool, but the published version isn’t great. In fact, it’s poor.
I’m hitting “Insert”, then Record Screen, sizing the window to fit the software, and then recording. The screencast image is saved onto a screen….
Is there a better way for me to do this, or is it a problem with publish settings, quality control, I need to address?

Can you share how you are publishing and viewing your content?
To avoid scaling and reduction in image quality, we recommend locking your course player at optimal size.
