I am having a problem with any of my screen recordings being fuzzy. I started by screen recording in Storyline and when previewing and publishing the screen is blurry. I have tried to record in full screen and in 16:9 and it is the same issue. I then recorded in Camtasia and imported the MP4 into a slide and it is instantly blurry. When in Camtasia is perfectly clear. I tried to publish at the highest quality and still the published file is blurry. I have completed all updates to Storyline and using version v3.63.27628.0 Can someone please help me fix this problem?
