Storyline with SABA LMS startup crash.

We use Storyline SCORM packages in SABA LMS and some of our user report the following problem frequently. When they launch the SCORM package, it crash during the Storyline loading (the rotating circle).

I tried to figure out a pattern, or a user configuration issue, but can't find much on that side.

It seems to happen pretty much randomly.

I tried a lot of things and I can't seem to find any solution...

Anyone have an idea ?

Btw, I can't use SCORM Cloud or an installable software because of ministerial policies, neither I can upload one of my file because of content confidentiality...
