I chose incomplete/complete based on number of slides before publishing and it is not showing as complete/incomplete in the LMS. Is there a Storyline and Blackboard integration issue. Can anyone suggest anything? The course was tested in ScormCloud and it works fine.

If you are unable to replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud it may be something that you should follow up with your LMS team on.
Of course there are many Blackboard users in our forums as well so perhaps someone will be able to pop in and assist you.
