This is occure on my customer who is using Storyline 3, when we browse HTML5 courses by MS Edge, clickable area is in different position(shifted to the right of the actual button). The updated version is the latest (Update 11 / Storyline 3).
The older the contents (e.g. 2017) are more worse. When hovering, it reacts to a completely different button. It cannot use(right shifted more). However, when I publish these courses on my own Storyline 360, these works very fine.
Does the button appear misaligned when reviewing the course?

It seems misaligned hover/click-able area on the button "次へ"(Next) and "資料ダウンロード"(Download attachment) .
