Thanks for reaching out! This looks like the autoplay launch page that opens up when you have media that plays automatically on the first slide, but it doesn't look like it uploaded as expected, as you should see a play button.
How are you hosting the course? Are you launching locally or running in the intended environment?
If a different course isn't showing this behavior, something within this file could be causing the issue. Feel free to share it with our support engineers, and they can take a closer look!
Thanks for getting in touch. When I get some time I'll share with others to see if it a file issue.
In the meantime I created a landing page without any audio or video and added a button to launch the course. This acted as a work around and meant I could customise the way it looked.
