Hi! I created a course originally in Studio 09 and recently move it into Storyline 1 by importing and then making the necessary edits. When I loaded it back into my Success Factors LMS, it now does not track completion. The settings before and now are set to track by slide completion. I have tried publishing in SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 v2 and even AICC. I tried loading it to LMS both using IE and Chrome. Still no luck.
Has anyone experienced this or have any suggestions? I know I can have it track by a quiz, but I want to understand why it worked before and does not now. Thanks in advance for any insight.
Hi, Susan -- Thanks for your question! Sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties. Have you tried uploading your course to the SCORM Cloud yet to see how it behaves in that environment? You may want to take a look at this article, How to Troubleshoot Your LMS with SCORM Cloud. If you do not see the same behavior via SCORM Cloud, you may want to reach out to your LMS provider directly for additional assistance.
I have seen other community members use Success Factors LMS, as well, so hopefully they will be able to chime in if they have had a similar experience and can shed a little light.
