I've created an interaction in Storyline 360 using a template multiple response slide. I have used this slide as a 'confirmation' checklist to make the learner acknowledge their responsibilities.
There are 3 different roles with different responsibilities. The learner can choose the role most relevant to them and they are taken to the slide with that role's responsibilities. When the user clicks the "Submit" button, the triggers are set to go to the Results page.
Instead of going to the results page, two of the three pages are going to the 'Next' page. I see this problem in preview slide and when I publish the file.
I appreciate you sharing a .story file for us to take a look at the behavior that you are seeing in your project. It looks like Slide 1.4 works as expected because the next slide, Slide 1.5, is the Result Slide.
The default behavior for the Submit button is to submit the interaction and proceed to the 'next slide', so the second trigger is not being seen. I noticed that you removed the built-in feedback layers, and adding them back in will eliminate this issue. Check out scene 2 in the attached project.
It took me a while , but it looks like I've fixed it. (I had trouble adding back the layers - I couldn't get the branching option.)
Really appreciate your help. I would not have worked it out - except possibly if I rebuilt the slides from scratch (which was my worst case scenario option!!).
