Submit results not working - can't see why

I've created a course with multiple tracks for people from different departments. I need to track completion in an LMS so I've added a question slide that learners from all tracks will see as their final slide.

The slide is just a hotspot interaction with learners needing to click a hotspot over the close button. When they click the hotspot the results are submitted, which should report a score to the LMS.

However, that's not happening and I can't see why. the LMS and scormcloud both report incomplete and a score of 0.

Can someone help me understand what I'm getting wrong? I've attached a file showing my working.

Hi Katherine

that fake quiz slide needed to have an actual hotspot that was the 'correct' answer - there was nothing selected in the form view.

I added a hotspot over the X so when they click the hotspot which is covering the X are they supposed to go to the result slide to see the 'Thankyou' or exit.  I think for it to register they have to go to the result slide.

This quote from the tutorial: learners will need to visit each of the tracked result slides. Otherwise, the course status will be marked incomplete.
