I am creating a course that will be distributed to the learners via CD and have a bit of a dilemma when it comes to the quiz results reporting. Ideally I would like the results to be sent through via email. I can add a trigger to a button to send an email but then the learer would have to manually insert the score they got themselves. This is not a very advanced audience and the worry is that they could just make up a score and put that in the email. So ideally I need to find a way for the results to automatically populate the email message area so that the learner can just click send. Is this possible?
Email Results was once a feature of Articulate Quizmaker, but it became unreliable due to tighter security restrictions in email applications, modern browsers, operating systems, anti-virus programs, and anti-spam programs. For this reason, Storyline doesn't include an email results feature.
For reliable and secure tracking of quiz results across a majority of platforms, Articulate recommends implementing a SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, or AICC compliant Learning Management System or Articulate Online.

If you use Gmail or your computer's security settings are high, you can't email results. Also, you run the risk of learners tampering with results since they can access the email before it's sent.
Given these limitations, we decided not to include an email results feature in Storyline.

Thank you for your reply Justin. We do have an LMS but unfortuntaly for this particular region the learners cannot access it.
