my Articulate 360 Teams subscrition expired after one year and I forgot to renew that one. Now I ordered a new one and received a Subsription numer beginning with SUB-xxxxxxx.
I did not receive a invitation mail by articulate.
But when I try to start articulate I could not get to the dashboard, I get only the message "Subscription expired".
Where to enter that number? My installation was deleted by our IT, means I need to download a new installation file.

unbelievable but that works. I need to be member of my own team, never thought that I have to add a seat to myself.
