Running Articulate on my work and home computer

I have previously worked on the free trial version of Articulate but now we have a subscription. When I try to log in on my home computer i am only prompted to download a free trial and this leads to a message that my free trial has expired. How do I get to download the Articulate software onto my home computer so that I can work on my home computer as well as the work one.

Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are running into when signing in at home.

Are you using the same login that you use at work? You should log in using the same Articulate ID that your subscription is under in order to download and install the software.

Please sign out of https://360.articulate.com, then sign back in with the correct email address. That should fix the problem.

Thanks for contacting us to share the difficulty you have with accessing your subscription.

That image certainly helped and I was able to track down the details of what was going on. Since it's information around e-mail addresses, I used the support case that you are working on with Jose to e-mail you those details :)

That should help get you back up and running.
