i want to do a screenrecording. When i am in the try-modus I inserted text via the ribbon "Insert-Audio- reading text". In the end it function, that i hear the voice. There is an option insert subtitles additionally but they do not appear on the screen. Does anyone have an idea why that subtitle function do not work?
Happy to help here! It sounds like you've inserted some Text-to-Speech and have included the closed captions, but you're not seeing them when you preview the slide, correct?
Are you clicking on the CC button in the player when you view the slide?
