success rate in the quiz: how to parameter the % in a question when 2 or 9 proposals per question

Jun 09, 2016

Good Afternoon,

Can we do a parameter of success per question and not for the entire quiz ?

For Q1 I have 2 proposals and I would like the learner could have points if he answers successfully to one of the proposal

For Q2 I have 9 proposals, if the learner is successfull in about 50% I would like to give him points.

In my quiz, I have a third question which could represents about 20% of the quiz. Q1 and Q2 would be each 40% of the quiz.

See attached screenshot to see the questions

Thank you for your help and have a nice day.

Regards.

Hi Fabienne!

You can certainly utilize certain questions and score by choice.

By choice: This option lets you assign a different score to each answer choice. It's only available for some question types, including Multiple Choice, Word Bank, Freeform Pick One, and Freeform Hotspot.

You can utilize multiple results slides as well and have final 'results of results', but the weighting requirements would probably need a custom set up.

Hopefully someone in the community will be able to pop in and assist you with your design here.

Good Morning,

Thank you for your answer. But I have already done this choice so perhaps
my question is not clearly explaining.

- In Q1 I would like for example to have about 40% in total of results and
would like to dispatch 20% if we are successfull in the first proposal and
20% for the 2nd proposal.

So it it possible to do that in Storyline in the same slide with 2
proposals ?

- In Q2 I would like to have 40% for this question. I have 9 proposals to
dispatch. If I was successfull with about 50% of right answer I would like
to have about 20% of success

Q1 = 40% Q2 = 40% Q3 = 20% either 100% of the quiz.

Thank you for your help.

Regards.
