I created a 100+ question survey in quizmaker and imported it into storyline. Each slide has the "Submit Interaction" trigger. The results slide has a "Submit Results" trigger. However, the results are not being saved in the LMS. Any idea what I could be missing?
First, what version of Storyline are you using? I'd recommend testing the LMS output in another LMS environment to rule out whether the problem is related to your LMS.
SCORM Cloud is a great option for this kind of testing--it's industry standard, and it's free!
