Survey Results from Storyline to LMS

We have been trying to incorporate a compliance acknowledgment into a course that we can then pull the information from reports in the LMS. Unfortunately when we pull the responses (they were set up as true/false), it only shows as an "i". Our LMS provider says they are only reporting what the course provided them with. I'm using a Pick One question for the question format, and I am wondering if this might be the reason for the generic response. Any help anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Hi John,
I suspect it's based on using the Pick one question format - but if you're looking for a true/false response, can you use the built in true/false question type? Also, i wanted to point out this is the information Storyline will send to your LMS in terms of quiz data, and you may also want to review this article about tracking/reporting troubleshooting within your LMS.
Hello John, and welcome to Heroes!
Here is some information on what quiz data Storyline reports to LMS. You may want to test this through the SCORM Cloud, the industry standard in testing content, and see if you get the same result.
And here is some troubleshooting information for reporting and tracking within your LMS.
Let us know if this helps!
Ashley, thanks so much. It's not supposed to be a true/false, but was originally built as one. There shouldn't be a right/wrong answer to this, which is why we went with the Pick One option. I will check out the links you provided and see what we can come up with. Thanks again!
Wow...it's just raining down info today. Thanks, Emily! I will check those links out as well.
Following up on the information Emily provided above on "quiz data Storyline reports to LMS", if the response ("i") being reported is the first character of the full response text then you are likely seeing the truncation as a result of publishing to SCORM 1.2. It might help to see the discussion on truncated responses at SCORM output. The solution there was to publish to the SCORM 2004 standard.
It looks like the issue may have been publishing in SCORM 1.2 instead of SCORM 2004. We're testing it now...fingers crossed!
Thanks for the update John, Let us know how the testing goes.
The testing has been rough. The module requires different acknowledgments at the end depending on the state the learner lives in. I've built questions into the end of each scene that can be selected, and then used a Survey results slide since this isn't a graded activity. Unfortunately the SCORM package is sending results for all question slides, including ones that were not touched by the learner. Is there a way to set up the reporting where only the slides the learner actually responds to are reported?
