I wanna add survey to the course. Questions will be graded by radio buttons, but I also wanna add text entry field so users can type their comments. I don't have idea how to do it, I only can select one submit interaction from triggers... Is this even possible, or I need to break this to two slides? All will go to the Moodle LMS.
from and admin side it's in database as user interaction. This solution should work for us (we are still exploring this), but we are open for any other solution. If Moodle will track what user inputs on this slide, it's irelevant how it will be done ;)
I would recommend inserting one survey question per slide. Then, add a survey result slide at the end of the questions, which will send the survey response data to your LMS.
If you prefer to have questions on one slide, have you considered using an outside survey tool and embedding it using a web object?

Hi Jacek,
How do you want the user's input from a Text Entry? How do you access this information from an Admin side?

Hi Alyssa,
yes, breaking this to two slides seems to be only option to keep this in SL. Thanks for pointing out outside tool, this also could be solution :)
